Interventions

C Group:Silver needle treatment was performed 24 hours after PRF (combined group)
A Group:C2 and C3 dorsal root ganglion PRF
B Group:Silver needle therapy (for the attachment points of the trapezius muscle and the occipitofrontalis muscle, at 110? for 20 minutes)

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 18 - 70 years old, meeting the criteria for CEH diagnosis; (2) Duration of illness: >= 3 months, VAS score >= 4 points; (3) Conservative treatment was ineffective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe diseases of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys; (2) Those with mental disorders or cognitive impairments; (3) Those with a history of neck surgery or those currently undergoing other related treatments; (4) Those who are allergic to the treatment methods involved in this study.
