Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients of China Rehabilitation Research Center and medical alliance units, who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic consciousness disorders in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Consciousness Disorders, and the course of the disease is >= 3 months; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. The patient's family agrees and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious complications, including but not limited to severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases; 2. Other people who cannot cooperate with the completion of the study.
