Conditions

Sarcopenia: refers to a syndrome caused by sustained loss of skeletal muscle mass, decreased strength and function. Sarcopenia can easily cause problems such as fractures and joint injuries. Elderly patients with sarcopenia have difficulty standing, slow walking, are prone to falls and fractures, and can also affect organ function, potentially leading to heart and lung failure, and even death

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with rotator cuff injury over 60 years old; 2.Patients diagnosed with rotator cuff injury for the first time; 3.No history of trauma; 4.Three months of medication and physical therapy have been ineffective;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Shoulder joint trauma and previous surgical history; 2.Patients with severe organic diseases such as heart, liver, and kidney; 3.Patients with a history of internal fractures of the glenohumeral joint; 4.Patients with shoulder joint infection; 5.Patients with mental disorders who cannot undergo postoperative rehabilitation and follow-up;
