Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–75 years; 2. Diagnosed with early gastrointestinal cancer (esophageal/gastric/colorectal) meeting ESD indications; 3. Willing to participate and provided signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perforation detected during/after ESD (by endoscopy or imaging); 2. Multiple gastrointestinal tumors (synchronous lesions); 3. Preoperative fever (>37.5°C) or active inflammatory conditions; 4. Concurrent immune system disorders;
