Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study continuously included high-risk groups of ATTR-CA who visited the central hospital and the medical alliance hospital from July 2024 to July 2026. Patients with one or more of the following nine "warning signs" are considered to be at high risk for ATTR-CA: 1.senile heart failure (LVEF >=40%), left ventricular enlargement without unexplained left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH); 2. Echocardiography showed LVH and ECG showed no QRS hypervoltage manifestation; 3.persistently low levels of troponin; 4.Aortic stenosis with low differential pressure and low flow velocity in the elderly, accompanied by right ventricular hypertrophy; 5.intolerance to angiotensin system inhibitors and/or ß-blockers due to hypotension (especially orthostatic hypotension); 6.Multiple peripheral neuropathy (PN), especially accompanied by autonomic dysfunction (unexplained diarrhea and constipation, orthostatic hypotension, urinary retention, urinary incontinence, etc.); 7.familial PN; 8.Bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and/or lumbar spinal stenosis in the elderly; 9.Recurrent cataracts in both eyes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1.Subjects in the active stage of tumor, severe infection, acute inflammation, renal failure, severe liver function impairment, and patients who have undergone acute coronary syndrome, unstable angina, stroke, transient ischemic attack, coronary revascularization, cardiac device implantation, heart valve repair or major surgery due to worsening of heart failure within 1 month; 2. Subjects who have received prior liver and/or heart transplantation.
