Interventions

Group B:20 ml of 0.665% bupivacaine liposome was injected into the hip joint through a pericapsular approach guided by ultrasound
Group L:20 ml of 0.5% ropivacaine was injected into the iliac fascia nerve block at the anterior superior spine plane under ultrasound guidance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Grade ASA? ~ ? grade, BMI18.5-30 kg/m2;Male or female, age >=65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusing to participate in the study; (2) Allergic to the investigational drug; (3) For patients contraindoed with regional anesthesia (abnormal coagulation time and platelet count, infection in the puncture area, peripheral neuropathy, etc.); (4) long-term use of analgesic sedative drugs; (5) Patients with serious systemic diseases.
