Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 <= age <60 years old; 2) In line with the diagnostic criteria of "China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Guide (2017 Edition)", and 28kg/m^2<=bmi <35kg/m^2; 3) Unknown and behavioral disorders can perform effective communication; 4) The patient has his own smartphone; 5) Volunteer principles and signing the consent of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant maternal or patients who plan to get pregnant; 2) Long -term use of glucocorticoids; 3) Consistent heart, brain, kidney complications or acute complications, malignant tumors; 4)Those who are participating in other scientific research projects.
