Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases that meet the indications for pancreaticoduodenectomy and decide to undergo pancreaticoduodenectomy after discussion; 2. Distant metastases did not occur in the lesions; 3. The general condition is good, and there are no important organ lesions and contraindications to surgery; 4. Before surgery, the patient's liver function was graded A or B by Child-Pugh;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Case data is incomplete; 2. Confirmed by CT or PET-CT with distant metastases to other sites such as liver and lungs; 3. Comorbid with serious underlying medical conditions; 4. The preoperative liver function of the patient was classified as Child Pugh grade C;
