Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke proposed by the 4th National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. Refer to the diagnostic criteria for PSCIND proposed by the 2021 Expert Consensus on the Management of Cognitive Impairment after Stroke: (1) Neuropsychological evaluation confirmed the presence of cognitive impairment, but did not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia. MoCA-B: 18 points for those with years of education of 12 years , 20 points for those with 6 years, and 24 points for those with > years of education> 6 years. (2) There is a temporal relationship between stroke and cognitive impairment, that is, the diagnostic criteria for cognitive impairment are met within 6 months of the stroke event. (3) Basic self-care in daily life, Barthel index >= 60 points. 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for apathy syndrome proposed by the 2018 international consensus group, with an AES-I score of >= 33; 4. Onset= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications to rTMS treatment, such as cardiac implantation of pacemakers, cranial metal implants, cochlear implants and so on. 2.Patients with combined severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal and other organ-based diseases; other diseases that cause apathy, such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's disease, and so on. 3.Diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder, depression, and using antipsychotic symptomatic drugs to treat patients. 4.Individuals who could not read or write; the presence of speech or visual function or hearing dysfunction; patients with dementia.
