Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.It was in accordance with the diagnostic standard of stroke formulated by the fourth national academic conference on cerebrovascular disease. 2.At the first onset, there were ataxia symptoms such as disturbance of trunk balance, speech disorder, nystagmus, instability of movement and decrease of muscular tension; 3.Age 18-75 years old, stable vital signs, stable condition, 4.Able to walk more than 10m independently under indoor monitoring, 5.Conscious, able to understand instructions, music rhythm and follow the implementation, 6.Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Peripheral neuropathy and lower extremity osteoarthropathy affect walking and balance function; 2.Severe profound sensory, visual, auditory or cognitive and speech disorders, severe unilateral spatial neglect and visual field defect, 3.Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Severe mental disorder or emotional disorder can not cooperate.
