Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the neck or upper limbs (C3-8 spinal nerve innervation area). (2) Patients with a course of illness exceeding one month. (3) Age>18 years old, gender not limited. (4) After being diagnosed with herpes zoster, receive standardized treatment; NRS score >= 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment or heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction; (2) Pain area combined with other neuropathic pain; (3) Whole body or local infection at the puncture site; (4) Merge malignant tumors; (5) Breastfeeding and pregnant women; (6) Abnormal coagulation function; (7) Cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate in completing the survey questionnaire; (8) History of cervical spine surgery.
