Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were admitted to Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University from 2010 to 2030; 2. Prospective cohort study part: subjects voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent form on the premise of informed consent; 3. Retrospective cohort study: 1) patients who visited the hospital from April 2010 to April 2024 (and would not visit the hospital later) were exempt from informed consent; 2) Patients visiting from May 2024 to April 2025 were required to sign informed consent; 4.10 years old <= age <=59 years old; 5. Patients were diagnosed as spondyloarthritis according to the following criteria: 1) ASAS 2009 Axial spondyloarthritis Classification criteria; 2) The 2011 ASAS classification criteria for peripheral spondyloarthritis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant, preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding women; 2.Moderate to severe heart failure (New York Heart Association grades 3-4); 3.Active gastrointestinal ulcer/bleeding; 4.According to the researcher's judgment, it is not suitable to participate in this study;
