Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for case groups: (1) Age: 0-18 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Children who need liver transplantation due to various etiologies, such as biliary atresia, Alagille syndrome, Caroli's disease, and portal vein spongiform degeneration in children; (3) Patients who can cooperate with the completion of relevant examinations; (4) Sign the informed consent form. It is expected that around 40 cases will be collected. 2. Normal group: normal children with age and sex matching.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Case group: (1) incomplete data; (2) children who need chemotherapy after transplantation, such as Langerhan's tissue hyperplasia; (3) Patients with vascular complications 2 weeks after liver transplantation. 2. Normal group: children who do not want to be examined.
