18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 28 kg/m²; (2) Age between 18 and 50 years; (3) No other metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension); (4) No recent history of surgery, trauma, or major illnesses; (5) No long-term use of medications that affect energy metabolism, such as hormonal agents, weight-loss drugs, or hypoglycemic medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Physical limitations (e.g., musculoskeletal injuries, joint diseases, or pain); (2) Known severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases; (3) Exercise-induced dyspnea; (4) Known family history of sudden cardiac death; (5) Diagnosed coronary artery disease; (6) Untreated endocrine disorders; (7) Blood pressure >=160/100 mmHg; (8) Use of medications affecting metabolism or cardiovascular function within the past year; (9) Smoking or weekly alcohol consumption >140 g (men) or >70 g (women); (10) Inability to adhere to the training protocol during the study period.
