Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part One: Inclusion criteria for qualitative studies: (1) Patients with the main clinical diagnosis of SAP; SAP diagnostic criteria: According to the 2012 Atlanta SAP guidelines, the diagnosis should meet at least two of the following three criteria: 1) Upper abdominal pain and a serum amylase level increase of more than three times; 2)CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shows changes of acute pancreatitis (AP), along with extensive peripancreatic exudation and/or pancreatic necrosis and/or pancreatic abscess, etc. 3) Organ failure. (2) The length of stay in the ICU is >=48 hours; (3) 18 years old to 70 years old; (4) Those with normal mental and memory abilities, clear consciousness, stable condition, and the ability to fully express their inner feelings; (5) Own a smart phone and be familiar with the use of wechat; (6) Those who have good communication skills, have given informed consent and are willing to participate in this interview. (2) Hospital stay >=48 hours; (3) 18 years old to 70 years old; (4) Normal mental and memory abilities, clear consciousness, and stable condition; (5) Own a smart phone and be familiar with the use of wechat; (6) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part One: Qualitative research exclusion criteria: (1) Those who cannot tolerate long-term interviews due to physical reasons; (2) Those who are seriously ill or unable to take care of themselves. The exclusion criteria for the second part: (1) Those with communication disorders, cognitive impairments or a history of mental illness; (2) Those who are seriously ill or unable to take care of themselves; (3) The condition has deteriorated and the study cannot continue.
