55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for vascular Parkinson's syndrome; 2. Age 55-80 years; 3.Mini Mental State Examination (MM) score >=18; 4.Able to walk 30 meters independently; 5.Undergoing drug treatment with stable condition, no need for drug adjustment in the term;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recurrent head injuries; 2.Diagnosed with encephalitis, with a history of antipsychotic drug treatment during the episode; 3.Confirmed brain tumor or hydrocephalus by CT or MRI; 4.Parkinson's syndrome due to Parkinson's disease or other causes; 5.Concurrent with serious organic diseases (such as severe trauma, severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney insufficiency); 6.Contraindications to transcranial magnetic treatment; 7.History of epilepsy or previous brain surgery; 8.Gait disorders caused by other reasons, such as peripheral nervous system diseases, spinal cord injuries, psych gait disorders, history of hip fractures, etc.
