Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the 2019 International Classification of Spinal Cord Injury Neurology, traumatic spinal cord injury with a motor plane of C6-7 and an American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) rating of C and D is classified; The patient's condition is generally stable, with clear consciousness and no complex diseases such as fractures or brain injuries; Course of illness within 6 months; Patients are able to cooperate with therapists to complete evaluations and treatments; Improved Ashworth Scale grading <= Level II; With the patient's consent and signing of an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diseases that seriously affect the sensation and motor function of the affected upper limb, such as shoulder subluxation, pain, joint contractures, upper limb trauma, nerve damage, etc; Serious consciousness disorders; Individuals with severe concurrent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy; Simultaneously participate in other clinical researchers.
