Age
18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age>=18 years old and <=60 years old, male or female; 2) patients with refractory epilepsy who are ready for deep intracranial electrode implantation; 3) ASA LEVELS I-II; 4) No history of alcohol dependence or drug abuse; 5) No history of other neurological diseases and psychiatric illness other than epilepsy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2) Infection or other serious complications after implantation of deep intracranial electrodes; 3) Patients with moderate to severe sleep disorders (PSQI scale> 10 points); 4) Patients who are also participating in other clinical studies.
