Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 30 and 75 years; 2.Diagnosed with cerebrovascular disease according to the 2019 "Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Major Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases" and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 3.Maximum inspiratory pressure (MIP) and maximum expiratory pressure (MEP) are less than 60% of predicted values; 4.Standing balance >= grade 1, and walking function Holden grade >=2 (can walk on flat ground for 20 minutes under supervision); 5.No auditory comprehension impairment, able to follow simple commands; 6.No history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or other respiratory diseases, and no coronary heart disease or other cardiac diseases; 7.No metallic implants in the brain or body.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological diseases other than stroke; 2. Contraindications for MRI examination; 3. Contraindications for tDCS (e.g., metallic implants in the head, electronic pacemakers, history of traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, or cranial defects); 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, or kidney diseases; 5. Patients with severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders that prevent cooperation; 6. History of lung surgery or recent severe respiratory difficulties, chest tightness, or shortness of breath due to lung infections; 7. Patients with severe facial asymmetry that affects the results of respiratory function tests.
