18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of T2DM with comorbid CKD (eGFR <90 mL/min/1.73m^2 by CKD-EPI equation). 2.Age 18-75 years, inclusive, with no sex/gender restrictions. 3.Ability to provide written informed consent. 4.No previous treatment with henagliflozin or other SGLT2 inhibitors within 30 days prior to screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiovascular/Renal Instability: Heart failure (NYHA II-IV), recent MI (10%. 9.Uncontrolled HTN: SBP >180 mmHg despite treatment.
