Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) met the diagnostic criteria for rotator cuff injury by imaging and underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair; (2) aged >=60 years; (3) type of small or medium rotator cuff tear; (4) unilateral shoulder injury; (5) agreed to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of trauma or surgery on the affected shoulder; (2) impaired cognitive ability and limb movement; (3) severe osteoporosis; (4) complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, etc.
