Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There are signs of brain damage lasting for more than 1 hour; 2. The time from onset to treatment is within 24h; 3. CT plain scan showed no signs of cerebral hemorrhage; 4. All patients received one-stop scanning of CTP and CTA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The image data is incomplete or the image cannot meet the research requirements; 2. The patient's basic condition is poor, so it is not suitable to participate in the study; 3. Have a history of cerebral hemorrhage in the past 6 months.
