Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65; 2.Elective upper or lower limb nerve block; 3.Be able to cooperate with communication and complete follow-up indicators; 4.Signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous major surgery, such as laparotomy, craniotomy, thoracotomy, etc; 2.Emergency surgery; 3.are allergic to the study medication; 4.Patients with mental illness cannot cooperate with follow-up;
