20 Years to 38 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First IVF cycle entry due to female tubal factors or male factors; 2.Age: 20–38 years; 3.Implementation of the long luteal phase protocol; 4.Normal ovarian reserve function:Baseline E2 1.1 ng/ml (Anti-Müllerian Hormone, used for ovarian function assessment; >1.1 ng/ml indicates good ovarian reserve),AFC (Antral Follicle Count) between 5 and 20.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of contraindications for pregnancy or assisted reproductive technology (ART); 2.Reproductive tract abnormalities affecting pregnancy, such as uterine malformations, severe intrauterine adhesions, advanced adenomyosis, submucosal fibroids compressing the uterine cavity, or large intramural fibroids; 3.Untreated severe endocrine/metabolic disorders, or cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases; 4.BMI > 30 kg/m^2; 5.Allergy to ovulation induction drugs.
