18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing non-penetrating traumatic brain injury (TBI) surgery who were admitted to the hospital within 24 hours; 2. Age: 18-64 years old 3. Body mass index (BMI) < 28kg·m-2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II - IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe functional insufficiency of important organs such as the heart and lungs; 2. Malignant tumors or aneurysms; 3. There were already mental disorders such as cognitive dysfunction before the injury; 4. Patients with infection, liver dysfunction and kidney dysfunction before admission; 5. Refuse to test.
