Interventions

Control group:The tooth extraction site is filled with bone powder, and the periosteum is directly pulled and sutured
CGF group:The extraction site is filled with bone powder and periosteum, covered with a CGF, and sutured
Collagen group:The extraction site is filled with bone powder and periosteum, covered with a collagen sponge, and sutured

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, <=65 years old, no serious diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis and other basic diseases. 2. The extraction site is resorbed to less than one-third of the apex due to periodontitis. 3. Adjacent teeth remain. 4. Planting restoration is proposed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women. 2. Smoking > 10 cigarettes/day. 3. Long-term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism or bone healing. 4. History of head and neck radiation therapy.
