Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Underwent surgery in the same specialty within the past 6 months; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Undergoing surgery under local anesthesia; 4. Surgery duration less than 60 minutes; 5. unavailable baseline surgical history or pregnancy status;
