Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients with VAS score >= 0 on the day were selected; 2. Patients >= 18 years old; 3. Patients who visited departments other than pediatrics, intensive care medicine, and psychiatry during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the assessment or patients with mental illness; 2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction, audio-visual and expression dysfunction; 3. Patients with a history of drug abuse, drug and alcohol addiction; 4. Patients who refuse to participate in pain assessment.
