Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who require Endoscopic Ultrasound examination; 3. Patients with enough ability to read, understand, and sign informed consent forms; 4.The researchers believe that the subjects are able to understand the process of this clinical study, willing, able to cooperate, and complete all research procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Subjects with high-risk conditions or other special circumstances deemed ineligible for clinical trial participation by investigators; 2)Pregnant or lactating women; 3)History of substance/alcohol abuse or psychiatric disorders within the past 5 years; 4)Patients with absolute contraindications to endoscopic ultrasound examination; 5)Acute severe pharyngolaryngeal diseases preventing endoscope insertion; 6)Upper gastrointestinal obstruction; 7)Documented history of anesthesia allergy; 8)Cardiac, pulmonary, or other major organ dysfunction; 9)Uncontrolled hypertension (defined as systolic BP =140 mmHg or diastolic BP =90 mmHg); 10)Other conditions precluding successful completion of endoscopic ultrasound examination.
