Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-65 undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery; 2.Preoperative anesthesia assessment was completed and qualified, with no serious complications such as unstable angina, poor control of severe hypertension, etc; 3.ASA I-III; 4.Sign informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1tients with a history of major surgeries, such as cardiac surgery, craniotomy, or other abdominal surgeries; 2.There are contraindications for the use of any drug in research; 3.There are contraindications for stellate ganglion block; 4.Patients with preoperative comorbidities of mental illness or difficulties in understanding, unable to cooperate with follow-up; 5.Patients who have long-term preoperative use of opioid analgesics or psychotropic drugs;
