Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Family members of patients with a definite diagnosis of terminal malignant tumor (expected life cycle of 3 to 6 months); (2) Aged 18 to 80 years old; (3) Be the patient's primary caregiver, with a caregiver time of =3 months in the past six months and a daily caregiver time of =6h; (4) Clear consciousness, normal understanding and cognitive ability; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Has an employment relationship with the patient; (2) Has a mental illness.
