18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 35 years with stable refraction for more than 1 year; discontinued contact lens use for at least 1 week-3 months acording to the types; corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA) of 20/20 or better; myopia between -1.00 and -8.00 diopters (D) with astigmatism >= -1.50D; the thoretical residual stromal bed exceeding 300µm; the minimum central corneal thickness of 480 µm with normal corneal topography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe anisometropia; history of ocular trauma or surgery (except strabismus surgery); clinically corneal abnormalities including scarring, keratoconus, or suspicious corneal topography; and other active ocular disease or systemic diseases.
