Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Longitudinal stage: (1) Adolescents aged 10-19 years old; (2) With independent behavior, language expression and comprehension, and capable of self-reporting; (3) With the informed consent of themselves and their parents, voluntarily participating in this study. 2.Intervention Stage: (1) Adolescents: 1) Adolescents aged 10-19 years old; 2) Psychological distress; 3) Smartphone with proficiency; 4) Autonomous behavior, language expression and comprehension, and self-reporting; 5) Informed consent of the adolescents themselves and their parents to voluntarily participate in the study. (2) Parents: 1) educated at junior high school or above, with no communication barriers; 2) guardians of the adolescents; 3) have smart phones and can operate them proficiently; 4) have informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily; 5) have enough time to participate in the training and implement the intervention. (3) Community Peer Support Volunteers: 1) Literacy level above junior high school; 2) Responsible and with good communication skills; 3) With smart phone and can operate it skillfully; 4) Voluntary participation in this study, with enough time and energy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Longitudinal survey phase: (1) patients with cognitive impairment and major mental illnesses; (2) diagnosed mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety disorders; 2.Intervention Stage: (1) Adolescents: 1) Patients with cognitive impairment and major mental illness; 2) Presence of other major organ serious diseases or terminal status; 3) Diagnosed mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety disorders. (2) Parents, community peer support volunteers: 1) Patients with cognitive impairment and major mental illnesses;
