Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Qualitative interview Inclusion criteria: Infants were diagnosed as NICU premature infants; The duration of hospitalization of preterm infants >=1 day and they are about to be discharged; Mothers willing to participate in the study . 2. Test people Inclusion criteria: Infants were diagnosed as NICU premature infants; Mothers who start home-based participatory care; Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Qualitative interview Exclusion criteria: contraindications to breastfeeding (the mother suffers from infectious diseases, the baby suffers from gastrointestinal and digestive diseases); Have a history of mental illness, poor physical condition, etc., and are unable to participate in the study normally; Are participating in other trials that affect this study. 2. Test people Exclusion criteria: contraindications to breastfeeding (the mother suffers from infectious diseases, the baby suffers from gastrointestinal and digestive diseases); Have a history of mental illness, poor physical condition, etc., and are unable to participate in the study normally; Are participating in other trials that affect this study. Exit criteria: the infant/mother is not well enough to participate in family participatory care activities; The infant is transferred to hospital in critical condition; The mother offered to withdraw.
