Age
50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) preoperative diagnosis of degenerative LDH with no significant improvement after 3 months of conservative treatment; (2) single-level involvement at L4/5 or L5/S1; and (3) treatment with transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) or minimally invasive TLIF (TLIF) or (MIS-TLIF) surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of previous lumbar spine surgery, (2) loss to follow-up or follow-up <6 months, and (3) lack of complete, high-quality preoperative imaging data.
