Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From the beginning to the end of the study, patients who were suspected or diagnosed with AIP at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and related research centers, not limited by gender. 2. The patients themselves and their families understood and were willing to participate in this study, and signed an informed consent form. 3. The diagnosis of AIP must comply with the criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Autoimmune Pancreatitis (2022)".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are not suitable for endoscopic examination, including but not limited to: poor general condition, severe cardiovascular disease, and difficulty in tolerating the examination; 2. Coagulation disorders: Platelets<50 × 10 ^ 9/L; 3. Those who are deemed unsuitable for endoscopic examination after a face-to-face consultation with an endoscopist; 4. Patients or their families are unable to understand the conditions and objectives of this study.
