Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be over 18 years old; 2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification Standard) Grades II-III; 3. No drug allergy; 4. Non-stop-jump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery will be performed at an alternative date.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency bypass surgery 2. The patient has a low educational level and is unable to cooperate with the scale assessment 3. Chest deformity or local infection 4. People with blurred consciousness and cognitive dysfunction; 5. Those with severe coagulation disorders; 6. Have a history of chronic pain 7. Allergic to local anesthetic drugs.
