Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were included in the group as innervated dorsal digital artery propeller perforator flap group 1. Aged over 18 and under 60 years old 2. Skin and soft tissue defects at the fingertips 3. Patients who underwent innervated propeller flap with dorsal digital artery perforator to repair fingertip defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease 2. Patients with vascular diseases 3. Patients with crush injuries and degloving injuries 4. The defect direction is more than 30° dorsal (skin and soft tissue defects mainly on the dorsal side of the fingertip) 5. Fingertip defect combined with injuries closer to the distal 1/2 of the finger (such as combined interphalangeal joint fractures, dislocations, proper digital artery injuries, etc.)
