Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1?Microangiopathy was diagnosed by clinical symptoms, imaging and laboratory examination; 2?Microvascular decompression via retrosigmoid approach was performed; 3?Their age ranged from 18 to 80 years; 4?ASA?-?; 5?If the clinical data were complete, the patient's complete examination and medical history data could be collected;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1?Combined with ophthalmic diseases (eye infection, glaucoma, cataract, blindness, etc.), history of ocular trauma, and history of increased intraocular pressure; 2?Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung and other important organ dysfunction; 3?Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4?Patients with a history of Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting and motion sickness; 5?Preoperative use within 24 h of nausea and vomiting drugs or corticosteroids; 6?Recently taking drugs that affect cerebrospinal fluid pressure, such as diuretics and glucocorticoids; 7?Obese (BMI>=35kg /m²); 8?Difficult intubation; 9?Cough occurred 3 minutes before each measurement time point, and the peak intraoperative airway pressure was more than 30 cmH2O; 10?Patients who used neostigmine during perioperative period;
