Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range between 10-12 years old, gender neutral, physically fit and able to complete all testing processes as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of acute or chronic illness, history of steroid medication use, and contraindications to exercise.
