20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses with at least one year of working experience in the ICU; 2. Nurses who have obtained the Nurse Practice Certificate of the People's Republic of China; 3. Nurses who have given informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.In the past year, the leave of absence due to pregnancy or studying abroad has been equal to or more than three months.
