Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and undergoing knee arthroplasty for the first time in the Department of Orthopedics of Beijing Hospital; 2. As assessed by the attending doctor, the basic physical condition can tolerate relevant training, and there are no other systemic diseases that affect the training; 3. The patient and/or accompanying staff can use smart phones, and can use or learn to use relevant software; 4. Have basic reading and writing skills, and communicate without barriers; 5. Voluntarily join this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have other joint diseases and the attending doctor determines that it affects the joint function; 2. Those with a history of typical neuromuscular diseases that affect functional exercise; 3. Surgery on other areas below the waist within 3 months; 4. Those who are unable to cooperate with the treatment and those who refuse to cooperate with the follow-up; 5. Those who are accompanied by mental illness, cognitive impairment, or other reasons that cannot sign the informed consent form.
