Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No history of skin diseases or endocrine disorders; 2.For males, a thick beard is required (shaving at least 3 times a week), and for females, the density of armpit hair growth should meet the clinical grading standards; 3.Consent to multiple-site repeated sampling (signing the informed consent form).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Received hormone therapy or immunomodulatory drugs within the past 6 months; 2.Having a scar-prone condition or having active infection at the sampling site.
