Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting diagnostic criteria for LDH based on clinical guidelines (2) Age :18-65 years old (3) Surgical success in patients undergoing endoscopic-assisted lumbar discectomy was determined by two attending physicians (each with =5 years of experience) based on postoperative imaging review and assessment of symptomatic improvement (4) Conscious with intact communication abilities (5) Literate and capable of using smartphones for online communication (6) No visual or auditory impairments (7) Provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous lumbar spine surgery (2) Comorbid spinal pathologies (e.g., spinal tumors, spinal tuberculosis, lumbar fractures, spondylolisthesis, or lumbar scoliosis) (3) Severe osteoporosis (T-score = -2.5 with a history of fragility fractures) (4) Severe dysfunction of major organs (cardiac, cerebral, etc.) (5) Psychiatric or neurological disorders (6) Conditions restricting limb mobility (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, osteonecrosis of the femoral head, hemiplegia) (7) Current participation in other interventional trials.
