Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects in whom CT or LDCT detected single or multiple lung nodules of 6-30mm, the risk of nodules could not be determined, and further pathological diagnosis was clinically recommended; 2. >=18 years old; 2.Sign informed consent and agree to follow the sampling, evaluation, and interview requirements for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A woman who is breastfeeding, pregnant or trying to become pregnant; 2.Severe heart, lung, liver or kidney dysfunction or mental disorder; 3.Sampling problems that do not meet the requirements of histopathological examination; 4.History of malignant tumor within 5 years.
