Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age of preterm infants at birth was 28+1 week to 34+6 weeks ; 2.No oxygen and stable vital signs (pulse: 120-140 beats/min;Respiration: 40-45 breaths/min;Oxygen saturation: 90%-94%); 3.Non-invasive ventilation: Nasal high-flow oxygen (2-8L/min), nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation (NCPAP) (6-8cmH2O) and nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) FiO2 <=30% and stable vital signs; 4. Invasive ventilation: remove the ventilator tubing for 3 days and the vital signs are stable ; 5.Informed consent of parents or guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe swallowing dysfunction; 2.Severe cleft lip and palate; 3.Gastrointestinal malformation; 4.Postoperative gastrointestinal tract; 5.Unstable vital signs; 6.Premature infants with NEC or NEC after oral feeding; 7.Other serious comorbidities: severe neurological comorbidities, such as intraventricular hemorrhage grade III.~IV., periventricular leukomalacia;Severe infection.
