Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with cancer or received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation before the age of 18; 2. At least two years of treatment and currently in remission; 3. Currently, participants in the LTFU research group of National Children's Medical Center (Shanghai) are being followed up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with current disease recurrence or undergoing intensive treatment
