18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria 1. Between 18 and 80 years old, male or female; 2. Patients diagnosed with acute herpes zoster infection, that is, blistering within one week; 3. Pre-treatment Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) > 3 points; (4) Neuropathic pain features in the lesion area; 5. No serious complications. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects 1. Between 18 and 80 years old, male or female; 2. No herpes zoster pain and other chronic pain; 3. No recent history of sedative, hypnotic and anti-epileptic drug intake; 4. No recent history of surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Exclusion Criteria 1. Multiple segments are involved; 2. Suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, lung disease or abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Severe pain caused by other diseases; 4. Alcoholics and drug abusers; 5. Those who have a mental disorder and cannot obtain informed consent. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects 1. Incapacitated; 2. Suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, lung disease or abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Those with immunosuppressive or autoimmune diseases; 4. Presence of alcohol and drug abuse; 5. Those with a history of mental illness.
