60 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Be aged 60 years or older; 2.Have a confirmed stroke diagnosis via neuroimaging (CT/MRI); 3.Be medically stable in the post-acute phase; 4.Demonstrate adequate cognitive capacity to complete study assessments; 5.Provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Communication barriers; 2.Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, respiratory failure, or malignant tumors; 3.Vulnerable populations including: Individuals with mental disorders Patients with cognitive impairment Critically ill patients Pregnant women Illiterate individuals;
