Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 70 years old, inclusive; 2.Patients undergoing elective painless gastroscopy or colonoscopy or gastroenteroscopy; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III; 4.Body mass index (BMI) >= 28kg/m^2; 5.The operation time is expected to be no more than 60min; 6.Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and have their own or their family members sign informed consent..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complex endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques needed (such as cholangiopancreatography, endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic submucosal dissection, and oral endoscopic muscle dissection, etc.); 2. Patients planning to be intubated; 3. Patients to be intubatedwith SpO2 = 180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure>=110mmHg upon entry into the endoscopy room; 7. With respiratory insufficiency, history of obstructive lung disease; with uncontrolled clinically significant liver, kidney, hematologic, neurologic, or metabolic diseases as judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the study; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Known allergies to eggs, soy products, opioid drugs and their rescue medications, propofol, etc.; 10. History of alcohol abuse within the past 3 months, defined as daily average alcohol consumption >2 units of alcohol (1 unit = 360mL beer or 45mL 40% alcohol by volume liquor or 150mL wine); 11. Patients with craniocerebral injury, possible history of convulsion, myoclonus, intracranial hypertension, cerebral aneurysm, cerebrovascular accident; 12. Patients with schizophrenia, intellectual disability, mania, insanity, long-term use of psychotropic drugs, drug addiction, cognitive dysfunction, etc.; 13. Deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial by the investigator.
